Since earning her real estate license in 2016, Amber has been dedicated to helping her community find their dream homes and realize their equity when it’s time for a new chapter.
A proud Oconee County native now residing in Greenville County, Amber is more than a real estate professional—she’s a trusted guide through some of life’s biggest transitions. Her expertise extends to working with senior adults and families navigating downsizing, assisted living moves, powers of attorney, probate, and estate-related property sales. With a calm, compassionate approach, she helps clients make confident, informed decisions during what can often be emotional and complex times.
Amber is co-owner and Broker-in-Charge of Thomas & Crain Real Estate and was honored as one of Oconee’s 20 Under 40 award recipients in 2024. Beyond real estate, she dedicates her time to local schools, foster care programs, and community service. She is a Rotary Paul Harris Fellow and serves as Foundation Chair for her local Rotary Club.
